Students of Kryvyi Rih Universities and High School Students are invited. The topic of the lecture is "Information Wars. The Hybrid War of Russia against Ukraine". The world is angered by Russia's interference through the Internet in the elections in USA and other countries. A new term for "digital rights" emerged in 2012. The UN Human Rights Council adopted a resolution requiring our off-line rights to be enforced online. The Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers in April 2014 approved the "Human Rights Guide for Internet Users, "based on the European Convention on Human Rights. However, there are still few tools on the Internet to defend the greatest achievement of civilization - the concept of respect for human rights. Based on this conflict, the Russian Federation is leading information aggression against Ukraine and other European countries. How to defend aginst this? There are many ways that Internet user and conscious citizens of Ukraine should have.
