Ukrainian law creates conditions for ensuring children’s social, cultural, personal rights. But are these rights protected in practice? Do children have the chance to realize their opportunities? Do parents have the right to interfere in children’s private lives? Where is the boundary between human rights equality and parents’ duty to take care of their child?
