Meet the offical trailer of the 14th Travelling Docudays UA!

26 September 2017

On October 1, the 14th Travelling Docudays UA starts its journey through more than 200 Ukrainian cities and towns in 22 Ukrainian oblasts and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. The central topic of this year’s festival, The Four Degrees, is about the problem of climate change and environmental protection.

We present the official trailer of the 14th Travelling Docudays UA that was created in National Museum of Nature and Science, Kyiv.

The National Museum of Natural History in Kiev served as the source of inspiration with all its mammoth skeletons, wide diversity of mammals, and dioramas – glass showcases, windows into wild nature. All these nostalgic landscapes usually include stuffed animals of the species that used to inhabit them. This weird human way to investigate and classify nature, turning it into studded animals, has helped to find the metaphor for the main image of the festival.
