Traditionally, Plast members and harcers, members of the scouting movement, gather at the Zdolbuniv Local History Museum on New Year's Eve. This year, they decided to combine the meeting with an event within the framework of the 19th Travelling Docudays UA in Rivne region and watch the film Mountains and Heaven in Between, directed by Dmytro Hreshko.
The Plast members and harcers have been organising joint meetings for three years in a row. Usually, during these events, they share their emotions about the past scouting year and sing songs. In 2022, the annual scout meeting took on a new dimension thanks to the Travelling Docudays UA International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival.
The film Mountains and Heaven in Between by Dmytro Hreshko raises the topic of human rights in the context of the right to health. An exciting film screening was followed by a lively discussion about the healthcare system in Ukraine and the importance of seeking medical help on time.

The discussion participants talked about the changes to the healthcare system in Ukraine. One of the participants was impressed by the difference in access to medical care, "The film highlights how difficult it is to provide medical care to people living in mountainous areas. For example, one of the leading characters complained that according to the protocol, they were obliged to arrive at the patient in ten minutes. However, it can be difficult to implement due to local characteristics."
Another panellist noted that Ukrainians should have a more responsible attitude to their health, "Unfortunately, Ukrainians pass this habit from generation to generation of turning to a doctor when the problem or pain is unbearable. Instead, we need to learn to take care of ourselves and do it on time."
One of the participants added that it is important to take care of one's health also because, in the case of complications in the future, there is a risk of burdening the lives of one's loved ones and relatives.
