23rd Travelling Docudays UA in Chernivtsi Region: Event Digest
What holds society together when it is surrounded by war and uncertainty? In the Chernivtsi Region, the Travelling Docudays UA invites audiences to seek answers through documentary film and conversations about participatory democracy, decolonisation and human rights. The Ukrainian People’s House in Chernivtsi Society has prepared a programme of film screenings, meetings and other events that will help us examine the simple structures that make up our society.
This year, the Travelling Festival will visit Chernivtsi, Hertsa, Hlyboka, Novoselytsia, Storozhynets, Cheresh and Shylivtsi.
Participants can look forward to documentary stories and conversations about life after occupation, cultural resistance, and decolonisation — from urban space to their own ways of thinking.
