Limits of Populism: Do nationalist movements have a future?
Who is the protagonist of The Brink: a nationalist or a nihilist? Is he the Joker from the big American house of cards or a new ideologue of European right-wing parties? Steve Bannon was a notorious figure in Trump’s inner circle for bringing a far-right ideology into the highest echelons of American politics. After leaving the post in August 2017, he is still considered to be a keen manipulator of the press and a gifted self-promoter.
After watching the film The Brink in the DOCUSPACE online cinema, we will talk about manipulations and the future of nationalist movements during a discussion with experts.
