Guillaume Ribot is a 51-year-old director-writer-photographer. After studying photography and art history, he turned to press photography. For more than 20 years, most of his work has been devoted to history and memory. His work has been published in the national and international press: Time, Paris-Match, Marianne, Le Monde and the New York Times. In parallel, Ribot has developed his personal work that has yielded numerous exhibitions and book editions, such as Mass shootings of Jews in Ukraine, 1941-1944 - The Holocaust by bullets, Every spring the trees bloom at Auschwitz, Camps in France, OQTF and more. Since 2014, he has devoted himself exclusively to his work as a director and screenwriter with a very pronounced penchant for history and archival images.
